RPD Studio participated in the “Revitalization of Brampton Downtown” competition by proposing a redesigned master plan for the downtown core. This proposal aims to transform downtown into a vibrant and active hub where people can ‘live, work and play’ by providing mixed-use developments that offer greater flexibility and efficiency for users. This mixed-use active core will provide the opportunity for city dwellers to live in high-quality city centers with their most desirable destinations within a walk able distance and in close proximity to public transit.
