Lakeside Living in Blue Mountains

Located in the Town of The Blue Mountains, Village at Peaks Bay is a residential community shaped by its lakeside setting and surrounding natural landscape. The project brings together a mix of townhomes, semi-detached homes, and premium detached residences within a cohesive neighbourhood structure. RPD Studio led the master planning, urban design, and architectural design, with particular focus on premium lots that incorporate enhanced outdoor living and views. The result is a refined community that balances context, lifestyle, and design quality.
