Urban Infill with Strong Streetscape Presence

Dorchester Road is a compact residential infill project designed to strengthen its urban frontage and integrate with the surrounding neighbourhood. Through a coordinated approach to urban design and architecture, the project introduces contemporary townhouse forms with a strong relationship to the street. RPD Studio led the master planning and architectural design to create a development that balances site efficiency, livability, and a clear built form identity.
