RPD Studio worked with Heidt Design in creating the architectural design, master plan concept and visualization of an approx 12,000-acre site to be developed and named “Connected Metropolis”. The site is set to be located in Florida and will function as a connected smart city that promises to be a safe, efficient and highly livable city for the citizens by providing mixed-use developments, city centers, educational institutions, public destinations, parks and trails within proximity to transit.
