Current Opportunities
Support custom homes, multiplex, infill and development advisory projects from early concept through coordinated drawings.
- Residential design or small-building experience
- Site planning and building layout development
- Zoning and permit drawing awareness
- Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino or similar tools
Support site analysis, planning research, massing, development statistics and presentation material.
- Urban design or planning education
- Zoning review and policy research
- Concept diagrams and development stats
- GIS, Adobe Creative Suite, CAD or 3D tools
Support residential landscapes, public realm, parks, streetscapes and site-planning projects.
- Landscape design or landscape architecture education
- Planting, grading and material awareness
- Site plans, sections and graphics
- AutoCAD, Adobe, SketchUp, Rhino or visualization tools
Support drawing production, BIM coordination and permit or construction documentation.
- Revit and AutoCAD proficiency
- Permit drawing preparation
- Drawing coordination and quality control
- Building sections, details and schedules
Support project communication, consultant coordination, submissions, document tracking and internal workflow.
- Project coordination or administration experience
- Meeting notes and action tracking
